Refund & Returns Policy

Policy summary: Request cancellations may be available before review, confirmation, packing, or shipment. Once shipped, all sales are final.

1. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before an order request has been reviewed, confirmed, packed, or shipped.

2. No Returns After Shipment

Because Northern Tides Canada supplies sensitive research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after products leave our facility due to product integrity, storage, handling, temperature exposure, tamper-control, and chain-of-custody concerns.

3. Replacement, Credit, or Refund Exceptions

Northern Tides Canada may offer a replacement, credit, or refund only where there is a verified fulfillment issue, including a wrong item, missing item, damaged package, confirmed carrier loss, or Northern Tides Canada fulfillment error.

4. Inspection Window

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours for damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Photos, packaging details, and order information may be required.

5. Research-Use Limitation

Refunds are not provided because a customer misunderstood the research-use-only nature of the products. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human or animal use.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless Northern Tides Canada made the verified fulfillment error.
